Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Azamgarh. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, providing top-notch customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, offering product training, and developing sales strategies to drive business growth. The Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales management team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide effective Training to customers and sales teams
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in BPO industry is an advantage
