Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Lead Generation

• Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Sales Strategy and Execution

• Craft and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Present and demonstrate our influencer marketing solutions to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis and Reporting

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to the management team.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work closely with the marketing and campaign management teams to align on client goals and deliverables.
• Ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns from proposal to completion.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital media trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
