Role Description

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.

* Research and target potential clients that align with our industry focus.

* Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and outbound activities.

* Manage end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.

* Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in target companies.

* Work closely with the technical and product teams to tailor solutions for client needs.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

* Provide market feedback and insights to help shape service offerings and marketing strategies.

* Cold calling and cold emailing to target clients

* Follow-Up:

* Engage with leads to assess their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

* Maintain consistent communication to nurture relationships and keep prospects engaged.

* Closure:

* Convert leads into clients by negotiating contracts and closing deals.

* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

* Travel:

* Extensive travel to engage with possible leads

Qualifications

* Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably linguistic services

* Willing to work in a start-up environment (fast-paced)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure

* Strong sales acumen and proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Transformational talent that exhibits attributes of team spirit, efficiency, passion, and self-direction.

* Strong understanding of linguistic service Sales.

* Proven track record of consistently achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

* Demonstrates strong sales acumen and a keen understanding of effective selling strategies.

* Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
