Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Goregaon. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring clients are satisfied with our solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing training and support to clients, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to provide Training and support to clients
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in IT or related industry is a plus
