Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our growing SaaS team. This role involves owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, managing a strong pipeline, and driving new business growth.

  • Identify and qualify prospects through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process: prospecting pitching negotiation closing
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-4 years of experience in full-cycle sales (preferably SaaS or tech solutions).
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Candidates must be flexible and work during US hours, which is essential for this role & must also have their own system/work setup for remote work.
