Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and helping the company grow through strategic outreach and partnerships. Key Responsibilities : Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach (calls/emails). Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Maintain accurate sales and client data using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies. Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company and generate leads. Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (1–3 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Business development: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
