Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Chennai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing customer relations, providing product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, training new sales team members, and handling post-sale customer service and support.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to achieve targets
• Experience in Sales Management and Training
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the pest control industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
