Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Service Representative Field Work located in Hyderabad. The Technical Service Representative will be responsible for providing technical support and services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include visiting customer locations, performing maintenance and repair work on mosquito traps, and assisting customers with technical inquiries and concerns.

• Technical Services, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations as needed
• Experience in maintenance or technical support roles is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a relevant field preferred
