Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to join our team on-site at our Delhi, India location. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, conducting client training sessions, and preparing sales reports. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build trust with clients.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in training customers or team members to enhance understanding of products and services.
• Proficiency in analyzing client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry is a must
