Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding business portfolios. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and implementing business strategies, conducting market research, developing partnerships, and preparing proposals for clients. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and foster sustainable business growth.

• Strong experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Sound knowledge of Insurance industry trends and practices
• Strategic Thinking, Market Research, and Analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to meet business targets and drive revenue growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable
• Problem-solving approach and the ability to work under pressure
