Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell HP laptops, desktops, and printer solutions to B2B and B2C
customers.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of HP offerings and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Work closely with the field sales team to support larger opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM
system.
• Provide pre-sales consultation, pricing, and product configurations as needed.
