Sales Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

1. Build and manage strong client relationships, particularly with

   high-net-worth individuals

   in the luxury real estate segment.
2. Conduct personalized property presentations, tours, and exclusive events to showcase premium properties.
   
3. Provide expert advisory on

   market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities

   to maximize client returns.
4. Negotiate sales terms and agreements with prospective buyers to meet revenue targets.
   
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and sales objectives.
   
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury real estate industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights.
   

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
   

2. Mandatory prior experience in Real Estate sales or client relationship management

   (luxury real estate experience preferred).
3. 1+ years of proven success in sales, client handling, and relationship management.
   
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
   
5. Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills to engage high-profile clientele.
   
6. Ability to work independently and deliver exceptional client service in a competitive sales environment.
