About the Role

Sales Executive for Global Staff Augmentation

You will be responsible for building pipelines, driving new client acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and working closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for

    staff augmentation, contract staffing, and managed talent solutions

    across

    US, UK, EMEA, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients, maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand client talent needs, and propose suitable staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, recruiting, and leadership teams to ensure smooth fulfillment of open roles.
  • Manage client expectations, negotiate rates, and close deals with strong commercial acumen.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and drive account expansion.
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent demand, and pricing dynamics across global regions.
  • Represent the company in industry events, online forums, and partner ecosystems when required.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of sales experience in

    IT staff augmentation, contract staffing, or talent solutions

    .
  • Proven track record selling into one or more of the following regions:

    US, UK, EMEA, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand

    .
  • Strong understanding of contract staffing models, rate cards, margins, compliance, and delivery cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage global clients.
  • Experience managing large accounts and closing high-value contracts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, hustle, and execution abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
