Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Erode for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing top-notch customer service, training sales staff, and managing sales processes. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying sales opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Experience in the agricultural or horticultural industry is a plus
