Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Dehradun with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales activities, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include meeting with hotel clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves training new team members and overseeing sales performance to meet targets. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to conduct Training and develop sales strategies Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience in the hospitality or luxury goods industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
