The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored communication and cloud solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales cycles, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions on our products. The role involves a hybrid work model, based in Lucknow with the flexibility for some work from home. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience and the ability to understand client needs Experience in Sales Management and the ability to manage sales cycles Training skills to effectively educate clients on our solutions Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Experience in the technology or communications industry is advantageous
