Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, maintaining and building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include training team members, assisting in sales strategy development, and collaborating with the sales management team to ensure effective execution of sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build relationships.
• Experience and proven skills in Sales and Sales Management for meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to train and develop team members in sales and service best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is an advantage.
