Job Description

As a Sales Specialist - SME Business at Decibel Media House, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth within small and medium enterprises. Your role will involve engaging with clients, showcasing our services, and fostering lasting relationships to help businesses leverage our creative communication and branding solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with potential SME clients across various sectors such as retail, hospitality, and healthcare. - Clearly articulate our value proposition, tailoring offerings to meet each client's unique requirements. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, both in-person and virtually. - Update and maintain leads, track sales progress, and gather client feedback using CRM systems. - Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team. - Facilitate internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote cross-functional collaboration. - Provide exceptional customer service during the pre-sale and onboarding phases. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in B2B or SME sales, with a preference for backgrounds in digital marketing or creative services. - Proficiency in English and Hindi with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to oversee the sales process end-to-end and achieve targets consistently. - Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops. - Excellent negotiation and consultative selling abilities. - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous. Joining Requirements: - Must possess a car for daily transportation. - A personal laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM is mandatory. - Candidates with a background in sales related to social media, fashion, food, or lifestyle brands will be given preference.
