With a growing presence in Delhi, Mumbai, London, and Dubai – we specialize in creating high-impact brand stories through social media content, video production, and graphic design. We work with hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, real estate, and consumer brands to bring bold, platform-first ideas to life – across digital and offline spaces. Whom Are We Looking For We’re hiring a full-time Associate – Video & Photo Content based out of our New Delhi office. This is a beginner-friendly role (0–2 years of experience) suited for someone who’s passionate about storytelling through visuals, understands what works on Instagram, and is excited to work in a fast-paced creative environment. If you’ve shot content for your college fest, helped brands with reels, or simply love shooting and editing — this could be your big break. Key Responsibilities Support the content team by shooting videos and photos for client brands Assist in organizing, managing, and backing up footage and content files Help develop mood boards, shot breakdowns, and shoot references Be present on shoots, assist in setting up lighting, framing, and basic direction Collaborate with editors to finalize video content for social media Learn and maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative pre-production meetings Requirement Some prior experience shooting or editing (college projects, freelance, internships) Basic proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and lighting setups Familiarity with tools like Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or CapCut Strong interest in social media platforms and content trends (especially Instagram Reels) A personal laptop (16 GB RAM or higher) is preferred Willingness to learn fast, work collaboratively, and take ownership Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines Bonus: If you’ve created content for food, fashion, events, or creators before Why Join Us?
