Daily Responsibilities

Capture professional photographs for campaigns, products, events, and brand content
Plan and execute daily photo shoots based on creative briefs and timelines
Set up and manage camera equipment, lighting, and compositions for studio and on-location shoots
Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and production teams on concepts and shot lists
Edit and retouch images to meet quality standards and brand guidelines
Organize, manage, and archive photography assets and deliverables
Ensure consistency across all visual outputs and adherence to project deadlines
Maintain photography equipment and studio standards

Skills & Competencies

Proven professional photography experience in commercial or brand environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating photography quality and creative range.
Advanced knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and studio/on-site workflows.
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of composition, color grading, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agency-based environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Availability to relocate and work onsite in Kuwait.
