Job Title: Marketing Executive Job Location: Nigeria( West Africa ) Job Summary: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for expanding the customer base, introducing new products, and driving sales for a plastics manufacturing company in Nigeria. The ideal candidate must have experience in FMCG sales and marketing, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and collections. This role requires an aggressive and ambitious professional with the drive to grow rapidly in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: o Develop and expand the customer base in the North Region. o Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. o Meet and exceed sales and collection targets. 2. Product Marketing & Strategy: o Plan and execute strategies for launching new products. o Analyze market trends and competitor activities. o Implement effective sales and distribution strategies. 3. Client Management & Reporting: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. o Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management. o Ensure smooth coordination between sales and other departments. Key Qualifications: 1. Education & Certification: o Degree and Postgraduate in Marketing. 2. Experience & Skills: o 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with a reputed FMCG company in India. o Minimum 3 years as a Marketing Executive. o Strong business acumen and sales expertise. o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
