Ikaya Earth is seeking a motivated and proactive Sales & Site Executive to drive solar installations, manage partnerships, and oversee site operations. The ideal candidate will handle both business development and on-site coordination, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Call and meet interested clients for solar and sustainability projects.
• Travel across Delhi, NCR, Meerut, and West UP (within 100 km of Noida) for client meetings and site visits.
• Build and manage partnerships with local shopkeepers under our Channel Partner Program.
• Supervise and support site execution work including coordination with installation teams.
• Handle DISCOM (distribution company) documentation and coordination.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up for project progress and satisfaction.
• Report daily activity and progress to the operations manager.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales, operations, or site management (Solar/Energy/Construction background preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have a bike and valid driving license.
• Comfortable with field travel and interacting with diverse clients and partners.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
