Job Description

You will be responsible for selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to third-party Corporate Clients as the Manager - Service Sales (New Client Acquisition) at eZONE. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating new leads and acquiring clients for AMC within the designated region. - Identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the industry, and analyzing sales options to enhance business opportunities. - Effectively presenting the company profile and showcasing the value additions for clients. - Emphasizing on solutions selling and meeting sales commitments and quotas. - Assessing competition and strategizing to close sales successfully. - Engaging with existing clients for key account management and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Following set sales procedures, updating the status of prospects/opportunities/clients in the Internal CRM. - Keeping up-to-date with technical knowledge through educational workshops, publications, and industry-related events. - Contributing to team efforts and maintaining harmonious relations with internal departments for improved productivity. - Upholding eZONE's values and culture in external markets. Desired Skills: - Presentation Skills, Excellent communication skills, Ability to converse and convince, Client Relationships, Understanding customer needs, Cold calling ability, High Energy Levels, Negotiation Skills - Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales Basic Requirement: - Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum of 6 years of experience. - Individual Contributor with experience in Field Sales and acquiring MNC and Enterprise Clients, preferably from the IT Segment, Pharma, etc. - Understanding of services business, selling AMC Contracts, and working with Facility Management companies like JLL, CBRE, C&W would be advantageous.,
