Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Service Manager based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with some work-from-home options. The Sales Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales service operations, ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and customers, managing service schedules, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and providing technical support to clients. The role involves coordinating with the technical team to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in sales management and developing sales strategies Technical knowledge of refrigeration products and systems Ability to manage and oversee service schedules and operations Proficiency in negotiating contracts and handling customer inquiries Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the refrigeration or HVAC industry is a plus
