Job Title: Sales & Service Executive – Robotic Vacuum Cleaner Division Job Summary: Sales & Service Executive is responsible for driving product sales, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring smooth after-sales service for the company’s range of robotic vacuum cleaners. This role combines product demonstration, customer relationship management, technical troubleshooting, and service coordination to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Promote and sell robotic vacuum cleaner products through direct sales, retail channels, and online leads. Conduct product demonstrations for customers, highlighting key features, performance, and advantages. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue. Identify new business opportunities, dealers, and partnerships. Maintain updated knowledge of competitor products and market trends. 2. Customer Service & Support Provide pre-sales guidance, helping customers choose the right robotic vacuum model. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person. Register customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Train customers on product usage, app connectivity, maintenance, and care. 3. Technical & After-Sales Service Perform basic troubleshooting and on-site service checks. Coordinate with the technical team for repairs, part replacements, and warranty claims. Install firmware updates or guide customers on software/app setup. Maintain service reports and follow up on unresolved cases. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain sales records, customer data, service logs, and daily reports. Share customer feedback and recurring issues with product and management teams. Monitor inventory of demo units, spare parts, and accessories. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience. 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service—appliance/home automation/consumer electronics experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic technical knowledge of IoT devices or willingness to learn. Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical or software issues. Proficiency in using CRM tools, mobile apps, and MS Office. Preferred Attributes Passion for technology and smart home appliances. Customer-centric mindset. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel for client visits or service calls.
