Checking Pre wall opening Support to sales Team KOM Before starting the Project installation To Be collected & fileing the project wise PO,WO Approved Drawings Schudle & SO From Sales Team (WO with Start date & End date) Monitoring the Unloding the Material & GRN Process & Material Handover to Service partner Timely response & Updating the site and project status ( DPR) to HO & Customers Timely execution of Installation / Handover with Project Closure OTE Responbile to Collect & achieve the Customer Survey / Feedbacks/AMC/PM/SPARES Responbile to Minimize the QAR, TAT. & QC/IC Inspection to be done Proposing of all SP /Delar Channel Partner and evaluation on process audit for Every three Months KSP (Knowledge sharing Programme)- Conducting Installation / Trouble Shooting / Spares Selection training to SHPL / SP/ CP / Authorized Installation contractors. Conducting the Performance Audit / Campaign for the supplied products / Visiting key customers
