Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Service Engineer with a strong background in medical devices and electronic engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in both sales and maintenance of medical equipment, combining technical expertise with customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of medical devices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Conduct regular preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment.

Train hospital/clinic staff on proper usage and safety protocols of the devices.

Maintain detailed service records and prepare reports on sales and service activities.

Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to identify business opportunities and provide technical support.

Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or Biotechnology.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and service/maintenance of medical equipment.

Strong knowledge of medical device electronics, troubleshooting, and repair.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling client relationships.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects.

Willingness to travel for client visits and installations as required.
