Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Vasai Virar. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance and control processes, ensuring product quality, and managing quality engineering functions. Daily tasks include conducting quality assessments, developing and maintaining quality management systems, troubleshooting engineering issues, and collaborating with other teams to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. Qualifications Experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Control processes Proficiency in Quality Assurance methodologies Strong skills in Product Quality and Quality Management systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field Experience in the pneumatic or related industry is a plus Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:- • Identify and approach potential clients in automobile sectors (Oil Companies, Tyre Shops, Workshop & HCV Segment). • Present and explain technical solutions to meet client needs. • Prepare proposals, quotations, Indent, Service reports and technical presentations. • Coordinate with service / works teams to ensure solution feasibility. • Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close sales deals. Requirements:- • Diploma / bachelor's degree in engineering (Electric/Mechanical) or a related field. • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • 3-5 of experience in sales or customer service. • Good knowledge of sales methods, strategies, and the sales cycle. * Should love travelling and meeting clients * Weekly and monthly Reporting and Sales Planning * Knowledge of Tyre Inflator / Nitrogen Inflator / Compressor & Impact Wrench *Ability to work independently
