Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Service Engineer, located in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility. The day-to-day tasks include providing field service, troubleshooting issues, and offering technical support to clients. The Sales Service Engineer will also conduct maintenance and repair services, facilitate installation, commissioning, testing, trials, and training sessions, and manage after-sales services, spares sourcing, and change parts.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Field Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Technical Support, Maintenance, and Repair skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the filling and packaging industry is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
