Sales Representative(Medical Devices)

As a Sales Representative for our pharmaceutical and surgical products, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our offerings to various healthcare providers. Your understanding of the healthcare industry, coupled with your ability to build strong relationships with medical professionals, will contribute to your success in achieving sales targets. Your passion for healthcare innovation and willingness to travel will be key assets in this role. - Promote and sell pharmaceutical and surgical products to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare providers. - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers. - Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to medical staff. - Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics within assigned territory. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. - Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools. - Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to generate leads and expand market reach. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales preferred. - Strong knowledge of pharma and surgical product portfolios. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Preferred Skills: - Existing network within the healthcare or hospital ecosystem. - Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in pharma sales. - Ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and concise manner.
