We are seeking a Sales Representative who is passionate about technology, automation, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B tech or automation sales, with the ability to engage clients and close high-value deals in the commercial, corporate, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
  • Present and demonstrate Nexgen’s IoT-based smart home, hotel & office automation solutions to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and create customized proposals that highlight ROI and technical value.
  • Build long-term relationships with architects, system integrators, consultants, and hotel owners.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Update and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Research competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IoT, automation, building management, or technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to learn smart technology products.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and installations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with smart building, GRMS, or energy management systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Prior exposure to project sales in hospitality, real estate, or office automation.
