As an In-Store Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, presenting products effectively, and contributing to sales growth. - Welcome and assist walk-in customers, address customer queries via phone, and ensure a positive customer interaction experience. - Present and explain various products, materials, designs, and options to customers based on their preferences, needs, and current trends. - Proactively recommend premium options and complementary products to customers to maximize sales opportunities. - Follow up on sales inquiries consistently to convert leads into successful sales. - Engage in the entire project cycle, from initial consultation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and key metrics, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager. - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in premium category products. - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. - Quick learning ability about products and effective adaptation. - Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and basic CRM systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Previous experience in managing high-end or premium customers is advantageous. - Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.,
