Update and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools. Research competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IoT, automation, building management, or technology solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong technical understanding and ability to learn smart technology products. Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and installations. Preferred Skills Experience with smart building, GRMS, or energy management systems. Familiarity with CRM software such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
