Looking after a set of 150-250 merchants depending on Metro, Mini-Metro, or BFLP town.
Outlet Coverage on a daily basis as per pre-decided beat plan, visiting 25-40 merchants per day.
Daily Order booking from the set of merchants assigned for the day.
Deliver value targets through width (lines sold) and depth (weighted distribution).
Execute Trade Marketing programs at the Merchant level.
Activated Distribution Shelf Displays, Product Placement at eye-level, POSM material placement, etc.
Daily Reporting Attendance, Value Sales Achieved for the day, lines sold.
Collections Applicable where credit is given, influencing Merchants to pay as per timelines.
Ensure Merchant satisfaction in terms of service given and resolution of issues.
Keep track of competition activity and duly inform TSI/Senior CSO.
