Sales Representative

Roles and Responsibilities

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions using a
consultative sales approach

Monitor and optimize in-store processes to improve efficiency, including order processing, quoting, and stock management.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase unique features and maximize sales opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols while maintaining a high standard of store presentation.
Contribute to creative marketing initiatives to increase footfall and store visibility.

Skills Required

Engineering Degree
with at least one year of sales experience.
Strong proficiency in managing both the
technical and commercial aspects
of customer interactions.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues at all levels.
