You will manage daily sales operations, build lasting relationships with clients, and contribute to the store's success. • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions using a consultative sales approach.
• Monitor and optimize in-store processes to improve efficiency, including order processing, quotes, and stock management.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase unique features and maximizing sales opportunities.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and personalized attention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and maintain a high standard of store presentation.
• Contribute to creative marketing initiatives to increase footfall and store visibility
• Engineering Degree with at least one year of sales experience
• Strong proficiency in managing both technical and commercial aspects of customer interactions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and with colleagues across all levels.
