Sales Representative

At our firm, we rely on a high-velocity sales engine to convert project leads into successful partnerships. We are searching for a results-oriented Sales Representative to manage client relationships and close project deals directly from our office. This is a strictly office-based role (zero field work) centered on qualifying leads, gathering technical requirements, and driving the sales process to a close with integrity.

Objectives of this role

  • Drive revenue growth by converting inquiries into "Closed Won" project deals.
  • Maximize the value of our database through proactive account reactivation of past or dormant clients.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from initial inquiry to final quotation by capturing precise client needs.
  • Maintain absolute data integrity within our CRM to provide management with a real-time sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and document precise client requirements during initial inquiries for the Quotation Specialist.
  • Present finalized quotes to clients, handle price objections, and negotiate terms to secure deals.
  • Execute a disciplined and persistent follow-up schedule for all open quotes until a decision is reached.
  • Log all calls, WhatsApp interactions, and lead status updates in the CRM in real-time.
  • Develop a deep understanding of project-specific technical details to explain value propositions clearly.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Exceptional persuasive communication skills (Verbal/Written) via Phone and WhatsApp.
  • High level of technical literacy with the ability to learn and explain complex project details.
  • Proficiency in CRM management and basic office software.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on hitting monthly targets.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B or project-based sales.
  • Experience in negotiation and handling high-ticket objections.

- BASE SALARY + TARGET INCENTIVES (TBD)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
