Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Remote Sales Representative to lead our domestic sales initiatives from Chennai. The role requires a highly organized professional capable of independently managing the entire sales process—from prospecting to closure—using digital communication channels. You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, expanding our customer base, and building sustainable client relationships across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, strategize, and execute virtual sales campaigns to generate qualified leads and achieve defined sales targets.
  • Engage with clients through phone calls, virtual meetings, and online presentations to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor movements, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate remotely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to ensure smooth deal execution and customer onboarding.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and detailed sales reports for management review.
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Contribute to the company’s digital presence by participating in online events, webinars, and networking initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in domestic B2B or B2C sales.
  • Proven success in remote or hybrid sales environments.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with digital sales tools, CRMs, and virtual collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Strong self-management, time organization, and target-orientation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
