Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and driven Sales Representative to join our Coimbatore-based sales team. The ideal candidate will bring strong domestic market experience, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers. This position requires a proactive professional who can thrive in a collaborative office environment and contribute directly to the organization’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed business growth targets in the domestic market.
• Identify prospective clients, build a strong sales pipeline, and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct detailed product presentations, in-person meetings, and business negotiations to close deals effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Analyze customer requirements and market trends to recommend tailored product or service solutions.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities using CRM systems.
• Regularly report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and potential growth areas to the management team.
• Participate in promotional events, trade fairs, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in domestic sales, preferably in the technology, software, or service sectors.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities in English; Hindi proficiency is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve measurable results.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in Coimbatore and willing to work from the office.
