Engage with prospective parents or adult learners who have shown interest in our programs.
Conduct 1-on-1 video counselling sessions to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses.
Manage the end-to-end sales processfrom initial contact to closing the sale.
Maintain accurate sales records and report daily progress to the team lead.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Bachelors degree (any discipline).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Prior sales experience in EdTech or B2C sales is an advantage but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome.
No cold callinginteract only with warm leads who have shown prior interest.
