We are looking experienced -1 to 3 years They need strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and understand customer needs. Responsibilities include presenting products, managing accounts, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound cold calls to business prospects daily. Present and promote company products/service to decision-makers in a clear, confident manner. Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Generate leads and schedule appointments. Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Qualifications: Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or outbound B2B sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Basic computer skills and familiarity High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience selling B2C . Confidence in handling objections and turning “no” into “yes.” Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing products/services and markets: Proven experience in cold calling Strong communication and negotiation skills.
