Job Description

The Digital Marketing Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and growing revenue by selling the agency’s digital services, including SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, and social media management. This role involves the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal delivery and closing deals. A successful candidate will be highly motivated, results-oriented, and adept at communicating complex digital strategies in a compelling way to potential clients. Key responsibilitiesSales and business development

  • Generate and qualify leads by researching potential clients through cold calls, emails, events, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their business goals, pain points, and specific marketing needs.
  • Present tailored solutions that clearly articulate how the agency's digital marketing services will solve the client's problems and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to close, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business and finalize agreements.

Client and team collaboration

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and strategy teams to create effective sales materials, align strategies, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Provide feedback from the market to internal teams to help refine service offerings and inform new marketing strategies.

Market knowledge and reporting

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and performance metrics in the agency's CRM system.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for management.

Skills and qualificationsRequired

  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in a B2B or agency environment.
  • Digital marketing knowledge: A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
