Promote and sell Life Insurance products to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Explain product features, benefits, and premium options clearly.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Provide guidance and assistance to customers throughout the policy process.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.
Experience in insurance or financial sales will be an advantage.
Fixed salary up to 16,000 + performance-based incentives.
