Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in Mumbai. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our diverse range of travel packages. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, presenting customized tour options, negotiating and closing sales, and providing post-sale support. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relations
• Strong communication and Presentation skills
• Knowledge of Travel and Tourism industry and related services
• Ability to understand and promote customized tour packages
• Excellent organizational and Time Management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other Sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
