Sales Representative

As a Sales Operations Manager at AMS-OSRAM, your role will involve monitoring the timely submission of statutory documents such as customer credentials and balance confirmations. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely submission of sales plans and forecasts for the assigned region on a monthly basis, including any new or proposed products. Your duties will also include following up with Supply Chain Management (SCM) for stock supplies and replenishment within the designated time frame, as well as coordinating with Customer Service (CS) for order log-in, allocation, and billing across all areas of the region. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor timely submission of statutory documents like customer credentials, balance confirmation, etc. - Ensure timely submission of sales plan/FC for the assigned region on a monthly basis and for any new/proposed products. - Follow up with SCM for stock supplies and replenishment within the designated time period, and with CS for order log-in, allocation, and billing. - Submit all credit and defective claim documents with proper supporting documents to CS and maintain copies for records. - Identify and close direct accounts of C customers by routing their business via A & B customers every quarter. - Visit key customers in the region monthly to drive and motivate them for business development. - Document customer complaints and grievances, propose solutions, and escalate issues when necessary. - Implement and monitor all Marketing Communication (Marcom) plans and activities in the assigned region. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's degree or MBA preferred. - 8-12 years of experience in the relevant area. - Experience in channel sales within the automotive aftermarket.
