Job Description

Manage and execute the lead pipeline from seller onboarding to post-launch engagement.
oLiaise with Sales, Account management, Marketing, and Seller Success teams to ensure seamless coordination. Process Optimization & Automation: oIdentify process gaps and build mechanisms to improve launch TAT, accuracy, and throughput. oPartner with Tech/BI teams to drive automation and improve visibility into key metrics. Stakeholder Management: oAct as the single point of contact across internal and external stakeholders during onboarding. oWork cross-functionally with agencies, marketing, product and support teams to unlock growth levers for D2C brands. Performance Tracking & Reporting: oMaintain dashboards and regular reporting cadences. oTrack key KPIs (e.g., time to launch, product completeness, catalog hygiene, marketing readiness, etc.) Seller Success Enablement: oProvide onboarding guidance to sellers and ensure they meet Amazon SmartBiz standards. oFacilitate knowledge transfer and documentation to help sellers scale independently post-onboarding.
