You are a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch Supervisor responsible for managing, coordinating, and streamlining the movement of goods and services in compliance with regulatory requirements at NyxGen Transitions. In this critical role, you ensure seamless communication between customers, freight carriers, and internal teams while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability goals. As a Dispatch Supervisor at NyxGen Transitions, you will supervise and plan dispatch operations to ensure efficiency in loading, unloading, and vehicle dispatch processes. You will prepare loading slips, provide detailed instructions to the loading team, verify truck contents, create accurate shipment and invoicing documents, and ensure strict adherence to vehicle dispatch schedules and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will oversee the documentation process for reusable packing materials and actively monitor freight costs to maximize efficiency. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in SAP systems for logistics planning and vendor management, knowledge of GST invoicing, regulatory compliance, and E-way bill generation, strong skills in dispatch planning, forecasting, and delivery planning, and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. Familiarity with freight cost optimization and adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is also preferred. Key Result Areas (KRAs) for this role include the reduction in order processing time, units moved per person-hour, on-time, in-full delivery rates, packing cost optimization, and total freight cost and freight cost per unit analysis. Key Success Parameters (KSPs) involve demonstrating initiative and accountability, effective communication with teams and external partners, building strong relationships with carriers and vendors, and delivering consistent results to improve overall productivity.
