We support clients through consulting, turnkey project designs, and adherence to international standards . Job Responsibilities Drive sales and promotion of pharmaceutical equipment (e.g., bioreactors, compounding systems) in the Indian market, achieving individual sales targets. Develop new clients, visit clients on-site, inspect their factories. and maintain strong relationships with agents, and end-users. Understand client needs in bioprocess development, scale-up, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GMP), providing tailored solutions and product demonstrations. Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform company strategies. Participate in formulating and executing sales and marketing plans for the Indian region. Lead contract negotiations, closing deals, and post-sale follow-ups (e.g., payment collection). Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars in India. Qualifications Nationality: Indian citizens preferred. - Education: Secondary vocational school diploma (12th Pass) or higher. Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields preferred. - Work Experience: Relevant experience in India's pharmaceutical industry. 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical equipment and bioprocess solutions preferred. - Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of biopharmaceutical processes preferred. - Language Proficiency: Native Hindi speaker; fluent English. Proficiency in other Indian languages (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Marathi) preferred. Skills and Competencies - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure. - Strong market insight and customer acquisition capabilities. - Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills (e.g., working with technical and engineering teams). - Other: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software relevant to the role; willingness to travel for business.
