Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-Level Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to potential clients and vendors, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring successful placements. You should have a strong understanding of the U.S. IT staffing industry, current market trends, and compliance policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in U.S. IT Bench Sales recruiting. Proven track record in successfully placing bench consultants. Strong knowledge of visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, TN, etc.). Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and social media platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
