Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to identify and attract top sales talent. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various sales roles. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements. Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies. Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial contact through onboarding. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets and KPIs. Promote the companys employer brand to attract top talent. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in sales or related fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships. Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools is a plus. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
